We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cell Biology Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising, planning and conducting cell assays and flow cytometry (FACS) experiments to drive our research and development projects.

Your Role

• Drive Innovation: Establish novel assays to assess biological function of therapeutic candidates.
• Bigger Picture and Hands On: Translate from project needs to relevant assays, plan and execute them. 
• Ensure Excellence: Uphold rigorous standards in experiments and ensure timely delivery to partners.
• External partners: propose and lead related activities with CROs
• Master Data: Analyze and interpret data, summarize key messages, and present them to the team, management and external partner.
• Expand Knowledge: Continuously enhance your scientific and technical expertise.

What You Bring

• Ph.D. in cell biology (or equivalent education) or MS with significant industrial experience.
• At least 5 years of proven lab experience in the industry, with deep expertise in cell-based assays and FACS using primary cells and recombinant cell lines.
• Broad hands-on experience in complex cell assays and FACS experiments
• Independence in proposing, planning and executing assays.
• Goal-oriented, independent, and pragmatic approach.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
• Team player with proactive communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
